Report content
Ask us to remove a capture from #SaveTheWeb. You don't need an account. We review every request and respond within 48 hours.
What you can report
- An intimate image shared without consent. If it shows you, or someone you're authorized to act for, we'll remove it under the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
- Copyright. A capture that copies your work without permission (a DMCA notice).
- Personal or private information, such as an ID number, a home address, or financial or medical details about a private person.
- Other illegal content.

Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If we withhold a capture after a copyright complaint, the person who saved it can send us a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)). We send it on to the complainant and restore the capture after 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant tells us they have gone to court.
If copyright complaints are upheld against three of someone's captures, their publishing is paused for 30 days. A fourth turns it off for good. Their private archive is not affected, and a successful counter-notice removes a strike.
That didn't go through. Please check that every required field and statement is filled in, then send it again.
